Ayurveda life hacks to live, sleep and feel better in 6 weeks
Ancient wisdom of Ayurveda meets the modern science of habit formation.
The Micro Habits of Ayurveda is a live virtual six-week, self-care program that brings Ayurveda alive through dinacharya (daily routines) that will uplevel your health and shift you from Overwhelm to Ease. Intelligently sequenced and easy to implement, micro habits compound to yield macro results.
Ayurveda: India’s ancient, time-tested, holistic health tradition that fosters living in alignment with Nature
Micro Habit: a small action requiring minimal effort to complete
Overwhelm is deeply embedded in our modern culture, but it is not our baseline nature nor is it a common requirement for existence.
We may not be in control of the stimuli of overwhelm, but changing our relationship with overwhelm is absolutely within our domain.
How can you shift your perspective to enjoy an easeful relationship with life?
If you are ready to make that shift and draw from a larger energy of ease, Micro Habits is your direct access ramp to better living through Ayurveda.
OVERWHELM CAN CONTRIBUTE TO MISALIGNMENTS IN:
- Low Energy
- Sluggish Digestion
- Difficulty waking up in the morning
- Brain Fog
- Making Poor Choices
- Lack of Motivation
- Feeling disconnected from Source
- Living in scarcity consciousness
- Feelings of living below your potential
Living in integrity with Body, Mind and Spirit is the hallmark of good health.
The most potent tool for Ayurveda self-care lies in the Five Kosha model:
Moving from the outermost physical body to more subtle anatomy, you can expect:
- Improved Digestion
- Better Sleep
- Deeper Energy
- Sharper Mind
- Clearer Intuition
- Renewed Sense of Purpose
In addition to self-care protocols, Micro Habits includes weekly, customized Yoga Nidra meditations for your home practice. Yoga Nidra is a meditation that employs targeted intentions to ease you out of pre-programmed habits that do not serve you and into life-enhancing routines that will last a lifetime.
What's covered inside the program.
Healthy digestion (Agni) is the most fundamental aspect of overall wellness in Ayurveda. Optimize your Agni through meal planning/sequencing, breathwork, and kriyas. Learn which spices/herbs will increase metabolism and eliminate toxins (Ama).
Self-Massage (Abhyanga) grounds the nervous system while building confidence. Learn how to use your hands to create a stable mind and sound body plus pranayama practices to raise your mental vibration and clear congested brain lymphatics.
Prioritizing balanced sleep is key for graceful longevity and enhanced immunity. We will strategize ways to dial back your bedtime hour and learn practices to wind down with essential oils, restorative poses, and Face Yoga.
We assess and refine our habits. Learn how to incorporate the 6 Tastes into your meals and continue our Yoga Nidra practices to realign with our deepest intention and identity-based habits.
Start your day right and rise before the sun. Learn to pray, give gratitude, hydrate, and do meditative practices that expand your perspective. Train your bowels for early morning elimination.
SENSE ORGAN CARE
Don’t let your sense organs devitalize prematurely. Learn the essentials of nourishing your senses so you can hear, taste, smell, see and feel for a lifetime.

I really liked the coaching calls with Marc and how he checks in with each student; not only on the broad perspective of an Ayurvedic lifestyle but how it affects each one of us and our constitutions differently. I've definitely changed my perspective regarding my evolution into the person I want to become.

Initially I thought I was already so ‘self aware’ and found myself rushing through the actions of my day. Now I move more fluidly with a calm awareness. Additionally, I thought I would have no time left in my day to do this course, but the pace was perfect.

I had never done an online course before and wondered if it would be worth it. I feel like a completely new person. Marc’s guidance was amazing. I loved the guest speakers and the e-books accompanying each habit. A life-changing course for people on the go all the time.

Marc’s encouragement on the tele-seminars and the daily support from the community were vital for me to stay on track. I saw the biggest changes in my daily routine around meditation, movement, and body care.

There are countless benefits from this course. Before, I felt very disconnected to my every day life and was suffering from morning stomach issues and intense sugar cravings. These are nearly all gone now. I’ve even found extra time to start the day more mindfully. With accountability to our group and Marc, I always felt connected to our Dinacharya community. It gave me confidence knowing I was supported and not alone.

Prior to the course, I LOVED sleep, but there was no real routine with regard to it. Now I am established in a routine that has enhanced deeper rest in the night. As a result, waking earlier is easeful and more natural. Some of the habits are challenging, but I learned that my edge can be pushed in a smaller, safer way. How can I teach my students they deserve better if I don't believe it for me?

Before the course I felt rushed, dull, always tired, and like I was underneath a veil. I’d wake up late each morning, but it wasn’t a relaxing sleep. I’d often drink wine before bed to unwind. Upon finishing the course and integrating most of the habits with Marc’s help, the nightly wine ritual naturally fell away! I’m waking up earlier, I feel more awake, more aware of people and nature. It seems that my antennas got a new alignment!

I loved how approachable this course was. It is paced so that there is enough space and time for each habit to gain momentum in a natural way. I am now eating earlier and lighter dinners, using more oil on body, and am more mindful of the quality of my downtime. I recommend Evolutionary Habits to anyone who is willing to change their current habits in order to live a better life. It’s brought much clarity and awarenessinto what I do and why I do it.

I am amazed how unknown Dinacharya is, and how it fits so well in anyone’s life. I used to have occasional insomnia, wake up groggy and spend the rest of the day in a haze. Now I know exactly what to do to remedy this. Knowing I am my own best self-care giver makes all the difference.
