WEEK TWO
MIND
Self-Massage (Abhyanga) grounds the nervous system while building confidence. Learn how to use your hands to create a stable mind and sound body plus pranayama practices to raise your mental vibration and clear congested brain lymphatics.

Week Three
SLEEP
Prioritizing balanced sleep is key for graceful longevity and enhanced immunity. We will strategize ways to dial back your bedtime hour and learn practices to wind down with essential oils, restorative poses, and Face Yoga.

WEEK FOUR
INTEGRATION
We assess and refine our habits. Learn how to incorporate the 6 Tastes into your meals and continue our Yoga Nidra practices to realign with our deepest intention and identity-based habits.

CIRCADIAN MEDICINE
Start your day right and rise before the sun. Learn to pray, give gratitude, hydrate, and do meditative practices that expand your perspective. Train your bowels for early morning elimination.

Questions about the program
The program starts on February 28th, 2022 and ends the week of April 1st, 2022.
Weekly calls will be held each Thursday at 1pm ET during the program. A replay of the call will be posted to the course portal within 24 hours.
Roughly 1-2 hours per week plus 1 hour for the live call.
The program content will be released at the start of each week. All content including the group calls will be available for ongoing viewing in the course portal.
